• I have worked various contracts from federal government, pharmaceutical, healthcare, IT, chemical distribution sales, manufacturing to retail. I have experience working in various roles in both RPO and staffing. Prior titles included: project manager, full-cycle recruiter, and senior sourcer.
• In 2006 I owned a search firm for 6 years, where I was the sole proprietor. I developed relationships with hiring professionals both nationally and internationally and aggressively built a book of business, growing my business in the government sector. I contracted with several subcontractors to the federal government and was able to sign a 3-year contract with RTI International, supporting USAID in Iraq, Africa and Afghanistan, sending over 50 candidates overseas for the reconstruction efforts in the Middle East, 17 candidates to Africa to build safer highways for the Kenyan people and 7 candidates to Afghanistan to build a procurement software for the US Federal Government. While working on the RTI contract, I was able to build an extensive database of quality candidates with TS/SCI and FS Poly backgrounds, I was able to establish business with other government agencies, such as, Homeland Security, CSC, Infinity Technology, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, and KBR.
• Through-out my career I have supported pharmaceutical organizations, such as Otsuka, Novo Nordisk, Catalent Pharma Solutions, Novartis, Collegium and Shionogi in both R&D and sales roles.
• I have over 20 years of recruiting experience and throughout my tenure I have had many successes. I had the opportunity to train a corporate team of 45 recruiters, for one of the largest specialty finance companies in the US on sourcing techniques, i.e. boolean searches, building strings and x-raying of sites. . I have had much interest and devotion to all the projects that I have taken on and always try to meet or exceed the timelines given.
• I have a six-sigma white and green belt as well as I am certified in client focus selling.
• BS degree in Food Science from Tennessee State University.
